Crafters
Are you closet crafter or one who is proud to wield a glue gun and brandish a knitting needle? Are you a pro at crafting or are you interested in learning the basics? Do you have time in the mornings or only during the evenings? Do you want to get out of the house, meet some new friends, and serve the church all at one time?
The Holy Redeemer Harvest Bazaar Crafters Group is looking for you! The group continues to meet Thursday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the St. Theodore Guerin Crafters Room. The crafts that they create are sold at the Harvest Bazaar every year and are a huge contribution to this, Holy Redeemer’s largest fund raiser of the year. Join this wonderful, creative group to make new friends, learn some new techniques, and to work on any craft you have in process.
The Piecemakers Quilters Group
No sewing experience is necessary! Want to learn how to quilt and hang out with a great group of people? Or do you already sew, and want to join a quilting group. All parishioners are invited!
The Piece Makers Quilters Group was formed in 1980. Every year, this dedicated group of parish ladies begins in January planning the new pattern for the quilt that they hand-sew to donate for the Quilt Raffle at our annual Harvest Bazaar. The Piece Makers meet on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Mother Theodore Guerin Crafters Room. Please join us, learn a new skill or improve your skills, and meet new friends.
