In response to our parish's increasing interest in praying the rosary, a few parishioners have begun making rosaries for use at the Saturday afternoon devotions and for people to take home to continue their prayers.  If you enjoy working with your hands, and would like to support this effort, please consider joining our informal group.  No experience is necessary.  We will start with simple bead and cord rosaries, and lessons and materials will be provided.
 
Additionally, if you have broken rosaries that need repair, or any beads, bits, or parts that you don't know what to do with, these can be repaired and returned to you, or prayerfully reassembled into new, usable rosaries.  We could also use a couple of broken umbrellas -- the metal ribs are used as a tool in one of the assembly techniques.
